"Safety Connect computer module failed 1 or 2 months after warranty expired. There were no system alerts generated...the only way to detect was to look up and notice the sos light was steady red color. quite inconspicuous. We were impressed LEXUS covered the replacement module out of warranty, but it did take 3 trips to dealer to get the issue resolved."
