"Voice control & commands are not understood by system. I have retrained the voice recognition to attemp tocorrect problem but problem continues. Told dealer a out voice command issue and was told to speak directly towards voice receiver.this gps sys worked perfectly and accurately before. Come to realize that theproblem coincided with the expiration date of the optional Lexus Connect subscription. Using The voice recognition with the GPS is worthless and does NOT work. The GPS does recognize the commands or my input info. It is so bad I no longer use the gps in my lexus. I have wasted so muchti.e attempting to navigate to my destination that I have totally given up on it and use my phone navigation instead. I am very disappointed that I have to subscribe to Lexus Connect to even use basic gps."
