    What Owners Say

    Body control module

"I don't know what "body control module" is but it sounds like the area we've had trouble. The rear hatch fails to open 100% of the time. We try using the fob, we try the console panel hatch button, and it doesn't matter what combo we try - the hatch won't lift on its own. We have to lift manually. Sometimes the hatch lifts on its own and works great... other times, we can play with all the buttons and it won't lift at all. It *always* unlatches/unlocks from the main body but it just won't lift."
