Anonymous, MI (2022 Lincoln Corsair Reserve 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)"Certified Used car arrived with two non-latching seat belts. Dealer wants me to drop off car and figure out how to get home. Then the dealer will make an estimate and require me to figure out how to get to the dealer and pick up the car as well as schedule an appointment for the repair. On the repair day it is my job to figure out how to get back from the dealer after dropping the car off. When the dealer is through repairing the car I have 24 hours to figure out how to get to the dealer and pay for & retrieve the vehicle. Called Ford to point out that at the time Ford had ads touting free pickup and drop-off for Lincolns. Ford said that was up to the dealer (in my case Ourisman Lincoln in Arlington Virginia). Some of this is a bad dealer, but some is on Ford for not setting a minimum standard for their franchise holders."

"After going through a car wash water leaks out of the top brake light area for an hour covering the rear window and lift gate of the vehicle with streaks of soap film. My neighbor's Nautilus has the same design flaw."

"The cell phone entry works, that's the good news. But, not always -- that's the bad news. The Ford "electron1c key" is like a roll of quarters in a man's pocket. It can be embarrassing. Unfortunately, the cellphone key is erratic (Apple i16 or older Android -- makes no difference). Most of the time the cell phone key works. But sometimes the door will open but the vehicle won't start; other times the door simply won't open. When it comes to vehicle access "sometimes" just doesn't cut it. AFAIK there's no old fashioned key entry which would be a logical 100% (OK there is a freezing possibility) solution."
