"The main screen will spontaneously go blank and cancel an active call. The drivers screen will simultaneously show instrument blanks or placeholders for the instruments. This occurs without warning. When this happens, the only remedy we have used effectively is pulling off the road, shutting the vehicle off for a minute or so, then restarting. The touch sensors are extremely sensitive, giving me reason to think this is the nature of the problem. I have surfaced this, and other problems to our servicing MB dealer. We received a MBUX reset and some other "investigating" trouble shooting, but the problem has not been completely eliminated. This can also be considered a safety concern due to the distraction factor of losing driver display data. This has occurred multiple times over the past several months."
