Service personnel at dealership correctly identified the problem. There was a few days delay in getting the new door seal. Covered by warranty."

"This has happened more than once. When CarPlay is connected, the screen freezes, but the audio is still operational. Siri still provides audio directions, and the music is audible. But, the screen is locked. Unplugging the wire and reconnecting it corrects the problem."
