What Owners Say
""When I turned car motor on to go home, message came on dashboard saying after I turn motor off I won't be able to turn it back on. When people at a dealership looked at it, they said the battery was defective when it was put into the car when it was built and that my warranty covered the cost of the battery that replaced it. The replacement battery has a slightly longer range than the original battery.""
Anonymous A., TN (2018 Nissan Leaf Unsure Electric)"Battery pack died. No explanation was given. Warranty coverage experience with Nissan Canada was exceptional."

""Has an issue when charging or sometimes after driving. Car codes are cleared with LeafSpy app. Voltage differences between cells are too great, causing an issue with the battery, but it still drives after you clear the codes. Not going to spend $15,000 on a new battery, so I just clear the codes and will drive it until it is unusable. Nissan Leaf is the dumbest car because the battery has no cooling system. Short range requires quick DC fast charge, which really heats up the battery. I can't imagine driving one of these in warmer states. I live in Oregon, bought it from a guy in Seattle.""
