The dealership stated that in order to fix the problem the entire entertainment system would have to be replaced. The cost of replacement was prohibitive, so the repair was not made. All other aspects of the entertainment system are operative."

After 100 miles the Check Engine light came on again. The Nissan dealer wants to charge $175 for following the Nissan Service Bulletin to reload the software to correct the Check Engine light staying on, with no guarantee the Check Engine light will stay off and no guarantee additional work not required.""

"There is numerous problems inside. The lid on middle console broke immediately after buying. The leather seat drivers side has a tear. The silver trim all over the front and on the shifter and doors is pealing off and can cut your hand if not careful. It's seems cheaply made. My 2010 murano was alot nicer inside and not as flimsy."

This required having a mechanic replace both front strut assemblies as they should be done in pairs. This was an unexpected and unusual expense at such a relatively low mileage."

"Ive had to fix this issue twice since owning this 2017 vehicle. In both cases, the car would not cool down. When it happened the first time in about 2019 I was told it was unusual and should not happen again. when it happened the second time in 2025 I was told I should feel lucky that its only failed twice."
