"Purchased in Dec 2022. 6 months later had to have the transmission replaced. Found out that there had been a class action suit against Nissan due to the transmission in the 2018 and 19 models of the sentra. In 2024 started having acceleration problems and was told by a Nissan dealership that they were unable to locate the problem. Took it to another Auto Clinic and they diagnosed it as the transmission. Still trying to get the dealership to replace the transmission."

"There was a parasitic drain on the battery, coming from the radio, which began 11 months after I purchased the car. It took Nissan Corporation 3 years to find and fix the problem. I had to have the car towed 14 times to the dealership. They were diligent in trying to locate the issue but wer unable to do so for that amount of time. 14 tows meant 28 days of canceled plans, unexpected vacation time taken from work to attend to a BRAND NEW CAR that wouldn't start. I always requested a jump start or tow from Nissan Roadside Assistance. One one occasion, they selected someone from 200 miles away. He texted me that it would take him five hours to arrive. FIVE HOURS' WAIT TO JUMP START A BATTERY? That's why there was such an enormous disruption to my daily life. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NISSAN VEHICLE. Before this car, I had owned other Nissan vehicles without issue. Their corporate customer service goal seems to be to wear owners down. I submitted my documentation to a law firm that is preparing a class-action lawsuit."
