"Power steering went out while driving. Dealer had to order whole new module. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Sometimes the fob doesn't want to work. It seems the contacts in the fob are perhaps worn, or they move slightly in the fob to not make connection. I once took it apart and the little disk in the fob had slipped so I put a spot of super glue on it. That worked for a long time but now is somewhat inconsistent."

"There is an electrical plug under the drivers seat that evidently connects some dash lights. The air bag light often comes on for no reason and I have to push on wires that enter on both sides of the plug to force the connection. I should have it replaced but it probably would cost a bunch to do that so I put up with the aggravation and push them back together when it happens. It isn't consistent and sometimes will go for a week or longer before it happens, and the next week the dash indicator may happen 4 or 5 times. But if I don't try to push the wires on the plug back, the light will continue to shine - it never goes out on its own."

"The manifold bolts broke off causing exhaust leak when engine was cold. This has been an ongoing problem for Ram 5.&7 engines and was replaced by garage along with replacing spark plugs (16 of them) and coil packs. The plug replacement wasmpart of recommended 100,000 mile service. Exhaust leak would present a ticking sound when engine was cold, and would not be heard on warm engine. The exhaust bolts were replaced at this time, because the wheel well covers had to be removed while replacing coil packs. I saved some money on Labor cost by repairing exhaust at the same time"

"Rusted gas tank brackets and straps were recently replaced under the Manufacturers extended warranty. All of the brackets were replaced and new straps were installed. The dealer took a long time to make the repair and the approval process took a long time."
