They also cleaned watermarks from headliner free. I ha to buy ozone generator and used it at least 10 times to remove smell of mold.) The window started leakng again, but this time, was just repaired 7/29/24 under Chrysler recall for free. They would not clean water marks from headliner...advised it was up to the owner."

"The rear window had a water link when getting washed or in heavy rain. My 6 year old told us about it in a thunderstorm one day because he was getting dripped on! The whole rear window assembly (including sliding glass centre window) was replaced. Luckily, I extended the warranty for an extra year and the cost was covered. Between the water leak, a side mirror failing, and the air conditioning leak the warranty definitely saved us a lot of money."
