    Anonymous, WV (2019 Ram 1500 Laramie 5.7-L V8)

"2nd time fixing rear window leak. 1st time 1 week after we purchased it Dealer replaced rear window free. I bought 3rd brake light an had them install ( they relictantly installed it free. They also cleaned watermarks from headliner free. I ha to buy ozone generator and used it at least 10 times to remove smell of mold.) The window started leakng again, but this time, was just repaired 7/29/24 under Chrysler recall for free. They would not clean water marks from headliner...advised it was up to the owner."

    Anonymous A., PA (2019 Ram 1500 Laramie 5.7-L V8)
