    "Side mirrors rotate down in "R" reverse and are supposed to return to normal when you shift into "D" drive. The mirrors often get stuck in the "R" mode position. The dealership has never been able to repeat it to be able to fix it :-("

    "I had a re-occurring "service air suspension" warning. The dealer updated software and sent me on my way for over $300 in fees. Problem returned the next day. Several more hours of diagnostics and it turned out to be a frayed wire sending a spurious fault code. Cost me another several hundred $'s. About $1,100 in total for a small frayed wire. My biggest frustration is that the dealer technicians cannot solve most of these problems without contacting the "engineers". It results in long delays and high costs."
