I asked when was this update done, and their reply was on a date that I was not at the dealer. Upon me insisting the dealer checked the unit just to find out the unit was not updated as they claim. It appears that some one just fill out paperwork without doing the work and for vehicles that were not physically at the dealer."

    "While driving the truck just shut down in the middle of the road. I could not get it to start and had to have it towed. The dealer said it was part of the fuel system recall and that my problem was exactly why they had a recall. The fuel pump exploded shrapnel all through the fuel system so they had to replace every part connected to the fuel system. The recall is covering all costs however just the parts were $14,000. The parts are hard to come by and they told me to expect to be without my truck for 2-2.5 months."
