What Owners Say
"Really annoying that you can only connect with a cord. Often the car will stop thinking something's plugged in, switch to radio, then realize the phone is plugged in and switch back to Android Auto."
Anonymous, WA (2020 Subaru Impreza 2.0-L 4 Cyl)"OTA update failed after downloading and the system restarted. After clicking restart on error message, the screen would go blank (but it clearly on). It would take at least 30 minutes after turning off the car for the screen to fully turn off. When restarting the car afterwards, the software would then work again on the previous version."
Anonymous, NY (2020 Subaru Impreza Sport 2.0-L 4 Cyl)"I have an android. Sometimes I can link my phone and see the GPS on the car's screen. Most of the time, it takes three or four tries to get it to link. Terrible"
Anonymous, OH (2020 Subaru Impreza Sport 2.0-L 4 Cyl)"When using bluetooth with the car's speakers, I have to turn the sound up to 32/33 out of 35 just to hear the person on the phone. Worst speakers ever"

"Android Auto disconnects at random. Sometimes wiggling the cable to the USB connector in the console causes the issue. The dealer said he fixed thi, but it still occurs. Resetting the radio to factory defaults usually fixes the problem."
