Required the primary car computer to be replaced, which was luckily still under warranty so it was replaced for free. We were also given a complementary loaner for the 5 days the car was being serviced.""
Anonymous, IL (2021 Tesla Model 3 Long Range Electric)""Main media controller failed, replaced under warranty""
Anonymous A., PA (2021 Tesla Model 3 Standard Electric)"the pairing is unreliable and occasionally drops connection."
Anonymous A., FL (2021 Tesla Model 3 Performance Electric)""The Phone Key has been an issue with the Samsung Galaxy Note. I've had the phone for over a year. All the features worked fine and the pairing worked fine as well. But it seems that after one of the car software updates it began to take longer to pair, to find my phone, or to accept the phone as the key. The car keeps asking for the physical card key instead of recognizing the phone to unlock and sometimes for music.""
Anonymous, (2021 Tesla Model 3 Standard Electric)""when I call out a song by a performer, it goes to something else even though the screen says it has found the one I asked for; sometimes when I navigate to a specific location, it can't find it. It started about two months ago after a software update. The do it yourself reset didn't work (3 tries) and I haven't called service yet as the shop is over fifty miles away.""
Anonymous, CA (2021 Tesla Model 3 Long Range Electric)"The voice-control command function stopped working almost 1 year ago, and the Tesla service staff tell me it is a nationwide problem that Tesla is aware of and working on, but it has been going on too long. The voice command shows up in print on the screen but that does not get connected to the GPS. So I have to type in the addresses to make the GPS work."
Anonymous A., NC (2021 Tesla Model 3 Long Range Electric)
""Related to the main media controller, it would freeze, randomly reboot, and I was unable to update the firmware on my Tesla. Necessitated that unit to be entirely replaced""
