"while away on vacation, the 12V battery unexpectedly lost all power, making it impossible to control or operate car. Tesla had tow truck come out with a trained driver that could Jump the 12V battery, then lift and transport car to Tesla, where a CPU board was replaced and the car rebooted."

"The rain sensor doesnt work properly. I requested a service call and their tech said its a known issue but until there is an over the air update addressing, it wont change. The wipers themselves arent the problems."

"This was the first ever issue I noticed when I got the car. I dont know the reasons behind it, but sometimes when I approach the cat to go open the door, it doesnt detect my phones key card. The car should detect my Bluetooth enabled phone, but it doesnt sometimes, and sometimes when I tap the physical keycard it doesnt unlock the doors right away. It does work eventually after several seconds of me trying. This problem happens to me around once per month."

"Air filter keeps having moldy/musty smell. Seems like water is getting in and soaking it. Has to be replaced often. Not easy to replace as parts of the car have to be disassembled. Also need to clean the box holding the air filter to get rid of mold."
