"Worn bushings cause the suspension to be noisy on bumpy roads. Service replaced parts on the suspension to fix the noise issue."

"The power steering went comp,Emely out while driving and I fought the car to the side of the road. Tesla came and retrieved the vehicle and ended up replacing the rack and pinion. After that the steering would act erratic intermittently and get squirrelly with lots of banging noise while driving down the road. Tesla could find no issues with the new rack and pinion and the problem was getting worse. They finally admitted to a problem and again replaced the rack and pinion and this time my problems immediately went away"

"During a storm, there was a lightning strike close to my house. It fried my dishwasher, pool robot, thermostat, the onboard charge board in my Tesla and its mobile charger."

"The mobile charger fried from a lightning strike. Tesla replaced the charge cable and the charging board under warranty in a timely fashion."

At one point in time Tesla was telling us we didnt know how to work the HVAC system and started cancelling our service appointments. I finally went in and had them compare my Model Y to another on their lot before they admitted there was a serious problem"

"Windows don't come up fully and you get message on screen Obstruction detected. To fix this you need to get the motor hardware replaced. I experienced it multiple times in two years."

"After only 3 months and 3 times to the service center, they said that the very large bolt rolling around in my drivers side axel was nothing to worry about! They said that they needed to luge and torque the 2 front axels and that would fix the grinding and squeaking!"

"With 50K miles on it, 100% charge shows about 265 miles vs brand new 330 miles. Even worse, in real life, it's nowhere near 265 miles. Screw Tesla and EV cars. Getting an EV is something I regret"
