"The touchscreen used for Entune had to be replaced because the calibration of touch controls would be considerably off. For example, to touch a button you would have to press an inch below. There wasn't much to do but replace the touchscreen glass. Whatever tools were included in the Entune system settings never helped. So this especially affected pairing a new device since the button was on the bottom of the screen and it could no longer be pressed. Otherwise pairing with an already added device worked just fine. After replacing the panel in the unit with an aftermarket screen, it has worked perfectly since."
