"I live 2 miles in on a gravel road--4 miles round trip. I have replaced the catalytic converter 4 times over the years. It is $700 or $800 each time. It is acting up again. I'm thinking of having it removed, even though I'm told that will shut off my warnings (telling tire pressure, etc.). I'm told all vehicles have a problem with this."
