"Noticed the loose bumper on front of car while looking at it at Lithia VW Reno. Offered to take as is for 19k but they insisted higher. Negotiated that it be fixed for 24k price. Went to pick up car 10 days later and side that was popped out was fixed but now the other side was popped out. 3 days later front was fixed as per agreement"
