"The tailgate stopped working and the battery was the issue. The battery has failed and been replaced twice. I was told the batteries had a bad cell. i was told by the dealer that my dash cam that operates from a USB-c power port is causing the battery failure. this is false, the camera and power source are off when the ignition is off. I am going to contact Toyota regarding this issue."

"the heated steering wheel function only heats a portion of the steering wheel. the portion that is heated gets SO HOT that it has to be turned off. the upper and lower sections of the steering wheel are not heated. the dealer indicates that the steering wheel heat is functioning properly. Our previous vehicle (2020 Kia SPortage) heated steering wheel was completely heated to a comfortable temperature. this is very disappointing for a vehicle that cost us over $54,000!!!!"
