"GPS stopped along with backup camera"

"A 1 time occurrence. The hose from the engine to to oil cooler, mounted on the radiator, ruptured. The car lost all engine oil and needed to be towed to the mechanic. My mechanic who runs a local very trustworthy garage, quickly found that the rupture was an issue known to Toyota but the issue did not have a notification to vehicle owners. Toyota had a repair that replaced most of the rubber hose with metal tubing. My car was replaced and I picked it up one day later."
