"The problem with our brand new 2024 Toyota Highlander XLE began within one hour of picking up the car. The issue is an intermittent knocking sound when steering or hitting bumps. The car was back at the dealer's service shop the next day, but they were unable to find the source of the knocking or correct the problem. The sound continued, and we brought the car back to the service center, where it stayed for two more days. The problem was not fixed. We recorded the sound (audio and video w/audio) and brought the car back for a third time. The dealer worked on the car for three days but wasn't able to fix the issue. At this point, Toyota was contacted by the dealership. To date, the problem has not been resolved."
