    Display screen freezes up

    "Just a poorly designed. Tends to cause major distractions using it. It locks up and the phone user has to power down the phone to fix it. It appears they did for a living room not a moving vehicle. The whole system bluetooth is clearly inferior to my much older CRV"

They push the responsibility to Insurance even if it is due to quality or installation. They can always give reason as environment for any part failure. They try to keep warranty cost minimum saying that failure is due to environment and not their fault."
