"Passenger door began taking in rainwater. I have to manually pop the bottom trim piece out of the frame for it to drain."

"When the car was about 3 years old the driver-side power seat started working haltingly, jerking and vibrating. Then it just completely stopped working -- the seat would not move. The Toyota dealer evaluated the problem, and sort of got it to work (with a lot of vibration and jerking). The dealer said it would cost $1500+ to fix it. They would have to send the seat to an outside seat upholstery company, and they would check to see if Toyota would pay for it. In the end they said no."

"Rav 2019 was built to interface with Apple and we have android. Use Waze instead"

"I consider this a design flaw - the display screen is so bright at night that I have to cover it because of the contrast to the darkness; it interferes with my vision while driving in the dark.
