What Owners Say
"Check engine P0420 was appearing every few days. I cleared the error code, but it kept occurring. A trusted mechanic replaced the catalytic converters (there are two on my V6)."

Anonymous A., TN (2006 Toyota Tacoma Base 4.0-L V6)"Toyota asked me to have my truck frame inspected , painted with rust prevented if ok, accomplished. Within the year was told by the dealer of serious rust holes in frame. Toyota then stated that they notified me of their agreement to replace frame at no charge. I wrote them stating that I NEVER received such an agreement. After much correspondence they refused to help with frame replacement. I wrote many letters to Toyota president and quality persons, still refused to help me. I NEVER RECEIVED A LETTER FROM TOYOTA! Of fixing my frame by free replacement. EVER! If I had , my truck would be like new today. I was cheated by Toyota. Had outside help to weld patches on my frame, dont know how long patch job will hold, have pictures if you are interested in seeing them before patching. Im too old to try to fight them, but I was cheated by Toyota. Yes I was!"
