""I began experiencing about two years ago a loud popping noise every time I would open the driver's side door. This began to surface at around 130,000 miles. I went to a local Toyota dealership and asked for a bid on repairing the door, I was quoted $300.00 about 2 years ago to repair the door check at that time. I opted not to repair it. Recently the noise became louder so I had it repaired when I took the truck in for a front end alignment and the charge was $401.85 with tax included. Turns out the truck did not need the alignment, so the charge is for the labor and parts to repair the door. labor was $170.00, parts $162.54, shop supplies, $46.56 and tax $22.75. Total was $401.85.""

"The truck was running very rough and fuel mix was very rich. It has flex fuel which is a known problem with Tundras. The fuel pump was replaced as the solution from Toyota. It was covered by extended warranty."
