What Owners Say
"Any time the outside temperature is above 70 degrees or the car is sitting in direct sun for more than an hour the display screen freezes. The touch screen does not work at all during those times and the screen needs to be totally reset to work."

Anonymous, FL (2017 Volkswagen Jetta SE 1.4-L 4 Cyl turbo)"Touch screen stopped responding. Told by VW Id have to replace the whole radio for the ridiculous amount of $1200."
Anonymous A., NY (2017 Volkswagen Jetta SE 1.4-L 4 Cyl turbo)"Display Touch screen is dead in about 50% of the screen, so it won't work with selecting options.
