Anonymous, RI (2019 Volvo XC60 T6 R-Design 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)"Felt the bumping in the braked at 1 year maintenance when they told me it was normal. After replacing brakes, it was obvious they were faulty"
Anonymous, WA (2019 Volvo XC60 T6 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)"Original pads wore out 28K miles front. Dealer replaced NC. The left caliper then stuck and destroyed the rotor. Out of warranty by then, local shop replaced, and 5K miles developed vibration. I replaced the rotors and pads myself with factory Volvo parts and it has been fine since."
Anonymous, FL (2019 Volvo XC60 T5 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)"Related to brake issue."
Anonymous, WA (2019 Volvo XC60 T6 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)"We had our Volvo checked out by our regular mechanic prior to us leaving on am extended vacation. He found that we needed brakes including new rotors at a very high cost. We have always maintained our car going to the same mechanic on a regular basis. This was a surprise cost that we had not expected."
Anonymous A., PA (2019 Volvo XC60 T5 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)"The rotors were made of subgrade metal and had to be replaced when the brake pads needed to be replaced."
