"The car started stalling out when I was in traffic - It was a nightmare, but I did manage to get home and call for help. Volvo's roadside service was outstanding and they had a tow truck there within an hour. The dealer's service department was on it first thing the next morning. Apparently, I needed a serious software update. I had a couple of minor hiccups after the update, but the car seems to be fine now."
