What Owners Say
""Display & heads up went blank as Im driving in an unfamiliar area of the country, rendering ready access to GPS and other options useless to include heating, radio, phone, etc.""
Anonymous, NC (2022 Volvo XC60 Momentum 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)"the system is highly dependent on wifi and is 9ften offline losing access to online navigation and any streaming services like spotify or iheart radio"
Anonymous, QC (2022 Volvo XC60 Inscription 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)""The display screen tends to go blank or freeze - always at the most inopportune time (like while you are driving and need the directions you used to have on the screen, or apple carplay goes out randomly).""
Anonymous, TX (2022 Volvo XC60 Momentum 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)""On a recent trip, the built-in Google navigation made 4 mistakes in 800 miles. Things like missing turns or giving wildly wrong mileage information. Like: we knew we were about 15-20 miles away from 1 destination and needed a final route; the Google voice map feature told us we were more than 250 miles away and was suggesting a bizarre route to get there. It didn't just happen once.""
Anonymous, NY (2022 Volvo XC60 Momentum 2.0-L 4 Cyl turbo)"asking hey google to activate some functions like radio or navigation sonetimes results in failure"

""The display and electronics systems are not great with this model. Not intuitive, overly complex and needs to be rebooted, on average, of once a month. Volvo issued a software update in March for "bug fixes" and we have to have the car be in the dealer for a day for the update.""
